Remedial Massage Therapist

Perl is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist trained in using the Lymphatouch to provide clients with soft tissue muscle relaxations to reduce pain and tension, increasing range of motion and relieving stress.
Perl Studied at Canberra Institute of Technology in 2022 Graduating with a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy. Perl then went onto to further train as a qualified Lymphoedema Practitioner and is a member of the
Australia Lymphology Association (ALA).
Perl is available Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon and nights.

Services
Remedial Massage is a hands on massage treatment using trained massage skills to help relieve muscle tension and pain. Specific techniques used will include deep tissue release, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and joint mobilisation.
Remedial Massage Therapy
A lymphatic drainage massage is a specialized, gentle therapeutic technique that uses light, rhythmic strokes to stimulate the lymphatic system. Its primary goal is to encourage the natural circulation of lymph fluid, reducing swelling caused by excess fluid buildup (lymphedema) We enhance our drainage with the use of the LymphatouchⓇ Pro.

Soft Tissue Massage

Soft tissue massage using the LymphatouchⓇ Pro. A negative pressure controlled suction machine which gently pulls the skin and subcutaneous tissues upwards. This style of massage is effective to help with swelling and Edema, soft tissue injuries, postural imbalances, endometriosis and scar tissue.

Dry Needling
Dry Needling is a technique using specific thin needles which are inserted into an affected muscle or trigger point, it can decrease muscles tightness, increase blood flow and reduce pain. Clients often report immediate relief after treatment.
Functional Release Cupping
Functional Cupping Release uses suction cups to muscles along with integrated dynamic and functional movements to help increase blood flow within muscles. This treatment might leave cupping marks.
Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy Massage will help to relief pain common in pregnancy, Using trained massage techniques to help with stress, swelling, lower back and pelvic pain. Your prenatal needs will be discussed prior to each massage session.
Compression Boots
Our compression boots are a great way for those taking there training to the next level. Used for pre events to increase circulartion and promote blood flow, and post event to speed up recovery and decrease muscles fatigue.
Our range of compression options can also help you reduce edema, pain and increase mobility.
